Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return,
your item must be in the same condition that you received it and, when possible, in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn,
washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way. Sale items or custom-made items may also be non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved,
your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank
or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review
the issue and work to make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item, a defective product,
or an error on our end.
